New Email Message Sender Info

Where do the From (Sender): in the Ranger email dialog box come from? (See image below) I want to change it but cannot find the location.

I suspect you refer to the settings used/set in the ServerConfig utility. Try to run it and update/compare and see how it works. In case you change anything you may need to restart the client-app for the changes to immediately affect.

Which settings in the ServerConfig utility? We cannot find any reference to the "Support" account as seen in the image above.

For some reason I couldn't see the included image. In any case, it is possible that you refer to the 'From' name that is set in the <installation-folder>\Server\CmtEmailConnector.INI file under the ResponseFromName token.

After editing the file you should restart both the RangerMSP Windows client application and the 'CRM Server' Windows service running on the server to apply the changes immediately.
