Transferring oppotunities to ticket

I would like to know how I could transfer "won" opportunities to a ticket ?

To create a Ticket out of a won opportunity, go to the opportunity window > "More Actions" menu (on the tool bar). Here you have various options, including "New Ticket from Opportunity".
