When you add a note to a client it seems to get filed away with all the other tickets and documents.
is there a way to filter to see all the notes on the account? Note the note field on the general tab, I 'm referring to when you click the add a note hyperlink to the right, by add a ticket, add document etc. |

The Notes tab contains a single text-area/memo field and usually is used to keep information about the customer Account.
We will log your suggestion for an easier option to see the note records under the Account History. In the meantime, you'll need to pick the option to only see history notes. Thanks! |
