Rich text editor on some fields

What's the possibility of getting a rich text editor on "Notes", "Description", & "Resolution" fields?

...maybe some other fields as well... but that would at least be a start.

Yes, it is. It's might be more complex than it seems though, we will probably need to keep such texts in more than one database field, a formatted one and another one without formatting for searches, indexing, plain text printing, etc. Anyway, it sounds like a cool feature. Thanks.

+- All fields. Delphi XL. At least the ability to *BOLD* something.

++ on this... being able to indent, bullet, bold, color, (etc.) would be super useful.

Related but different would be the ability to shade the box and/or color the text in fields on a global scale would be awesome. For instance, being able to have specific contracts highlight in red, green or blue would be super beneficial.

Ten years later and you still can't indent or make text bold in this. Is rich text support on the roadmap?

Rich text editing option has been added to the knowledge base and you can use it to style your articles. We may add support for it in other areas too in a future release. Thanks for asking.

At the very least it would be very helpful to be able to use TAB.

I wonder how many existing and potential new clients are lost each year because it still does not look like a modern app or web app. I'm a +1 on this. Take the top 5 MSP CRM/RMM programs. Which one "Looks and Feels" the best? RangerMSP excels in so many areas when compared feature by feature for the price, but IMHO lack of attention to the interface both web and desktop has been disappointing.
