RangerMSP User Question*
Is there an easy way to keep track of tasks that are assigned to me? I get an email when there is a task for me to complete (in a ticket or in an opportunity), but unless I keep all of those emails in a way that is easy to refer to, I can’t easily see what tasks I have outstanding. Can we see a list of tasks in RangerMSP? -- * Question received by email and shared here for the benefit of our users. |

Yes, definitely! The list of all open Tasks assigned to each user is found under the Tasks tab of the Calendar/Dispatcher. The list can then be filtered for a specific user or users and also get filtered by date. From that Tasks list, you can easily jump directly to the record it links to (Ticket, Account, Sales Opportunity, etc.) by selecting it and the use the 'Show linked' dropdown on the toolbar.
