Outlook Sync - Hidden Window

I have a problem with Outlook sync when I choose Hidden window. It just doesn´t sync.
If I Sync manually - it Works
If I sync automatically - it Works
If I sync automatically with hidden Window - it does not work

Please help

Do you get any error messages when trying to sync with hidden window? It could be that CmtROI.exe, which handles background syncing, is blocked somehow. Please check that it is not blocked by antivirus or firewall and try running RangerMSP as administrator - select the 'Run as Administrator' option in the right click pop up menu.

In case the above doesn't help, please email us your log files using Help > Technical Support > Send Log Files menu.

I cannot find the CmtROI.exe file anywhere.

In case CmtROI.exe file doesn't exist in <server>\RangerMSP\Client nor in <server>RangerMSP\Lastver folders, than probably this is a reason that Outlook sync doesn't work when progress bar is hidden.

In order to restore this file download RangerMSP Trial and install on a separate PC (if possible). Do NOT install it on the same main-pc/Server that RangerMSP is installed on.

Then copy CmtROI.exe file from the trial installation folder C:\RangerMSP\Lastver to <server>\RangerMSP\Lastver.

Run RangerMSP and test if Outlook sync is working with hidden progress window.
