Has anyone figured out how to print the To Do list for a Ticket? I have technicians that will prep a project away from a computer and the to do list is not easily accessible.

Thank you for posting this. To-do lists will get listed when printing one of the following report formats, that can be printed directly from the Ticket details window:

Expanded Ticket Details2

Expanded Ticket Details3

Technician Service Form6

These reports can be selected for printing from the drop down list available to Print/Preview/Print to PDF buttons on the toolbar in the Tickets window:
