I'm testing quick replies in the web interface. When I put in a quick reply, it takes about 5 minutes before the message shows up in the message tab and goes out to the client. What can I check out that might be related to this delay?

Email provider is Office 365.

Thank you for posting this. When replying to a Ticket using the Web Interface, the email is processed and sent almost immediately as it is placed directly in the outgoing email queue of the Email Connector.

When it comes to showing the email reply nicely under the ticket - this depends on the inverval for checking incoming email (even for replies that go to customers).
You may try to adjust the settings for the Email Connector and decrease the time interval for checking incoming emails (by running <server>\RangerMSP\ServerConfig.exe utility - as explained here. Once you do, restart the RangerMSP Server service on your server for the changes to affect immediately.
