RangerMSP User Question*

We recently needed to track a ticket but find that it does not exist! Investigation points to the fact this ticket may have been merged but we can’t search for merged tickets. Can you advise as to how we find entries for this ticket?

Answer

Under the Account History tab (or Preview tab - the History section) you should find an audit log about the redundant ticket deletion. So the Ticket that was merged, and now is missing, is logged there as a Deleted Ticket, including the date/time of the deletion.
