using the web interface: is there a way to set a default ticket/service form template so the technicians don't have to scroll through a whole list of options?
And is there a way to print directly to a printer without having to save it as a PDF? The direct print icon is gone with the new version. |

Thanks for asking. I suspect that you refer to the legacy-HTML based printing option (unlike to PDF which is more advanced).
Indeed, by default this option is now hidden - however - you can bring it back by changing the following option and then restarting the Web interface (Windows service or IIS, based on your configuration). |
