When my accounting people create batch invoices from within CommitCRM the punctuation contained within the Description/Resolution fields of the ticket are displayed as question marks on the Quickbooks invoice.

I've only observed it happening with apostrophes and quotation marks so far.

We haven't changed the default font on CommitCRM nor in Quickbooks and the language setting in the Quickbooks tab of CommitCRM is set to "US".

Thank you for posting this. We will review this. Does this happen from a single PC or any? (trying to figure out if it is a local PC settings or a global issue). Thanks.

I only have one accounting person for right now that runs the batch invoice wizard so I'll try this from a test computer and let you know.
