Unable to change Account Manager via Web version

Dear support,

We are unable to change the Account Manager via web version of Commit, there error is "The Data is not Correct to it Type (50000)." Kindly advise.

Hi Dianna, you should be able to update the Account manager using the Web interface. It seems like something got modified in your Web template files or so. Please use the Help > Technical Support menu in RangerMSP to email us your RangerMSP log files with Outlook. We will then try to figure out what is causing this.
