It seems like something might be broken with Office APIs on such PCs, maybe as a result for a recent Windows/Office update.
We'd recommend that you'll try running Office Repair and see whether this helps. Having said that - if all share the "same" installation of office by connecting and having their session run on the exact same RDS, then you should try to figure out whether there are any permission differences between such users. Also try to running RangerMSP as administrator in their session (right click and select the Run as Administrator option) and see whether this helps. |
