Where can i keep NETWORK INFO regarding WAN/LAN/VPN, firewall, IP addressing, passwords, cabling and other notes specific to the customers 'soft' network settings.

Currently there is a NOTES section however I think this is better used for sales and customer relation information rather than the nuts and bolts of network.

You can use two ways for this:

1. For remote session credentials, you can keep RDP shortcuts as documents in RangerMSP (simply drag-and-drop the shortcut to the Account's window). You can keep all remote connection information (ip, password) in the RDP file, and simply double-click it when you need to connect remotely to the customer.

2. You can create your own user-defined tab for the Account, call it "Network Info", and add any fields you need to this tab. You can add text field, memo (notes) fields, dates, number-only fields and more. This way you can create your own data source as you need it. You can read more about adding new fields to the system in the RangerMSP Setup Guide > Advanced Setup Topics > Adding New Tabs and Fields to the Display.
