Today I have a client LOB app that I know I documented a note during some point. I don't know if its a ticket, a note, an asset etc. Is there a way I can search all of a specific accounts information by a keyword and have search everything in the account?

Hi brills,

To search for a word in various history items of the Account you can go to the Account's History tab and make sure all history items are displayed (click the Details checkbox to see history items which are linked directly to Tickets). Now, you can search the table itself by right-clicking the list area > Table Options > Text Search. I believe this will cover most of the activity for this account.

Other than that, if the note was added as an internal note or description for an Asset or Ticket, etc., you should search specifically these entities, as these fields are not part of the history auditing.

I hope this helps.
