Hi,

Are we able to create tickets for customers who are not listed in the accounts section?

In order to keep the system integrity and history tracking, each Ticket must be assigned to a specific Account.

Note that from the "New Ticket" window, you can easily create the account on-the-fly by clicking the + button in the Accoutn selection field. This will allow you to open the Account, and enter minimal fields in order to create it.

If you need to create Tickets for "non customers", you may consider creating a generic Account for this and link all of these tickets to this Account.
