I have had several service agreement customers ask if there is a way for them to log in remotely check how much time they have left on their service agreement each month. Is that a feature of the customer-based web portal?

Answer

Yes, using the Customer Web Portal, a customer can check the contract status and how much time/money was used. Here is a sample of Block of Money details from the Customer Web Portal:
