    Custom Report?

    I am trying to figure out how to build a custom report and any help would be appreciated! here is what i am trying to accomplish....

    We pay our employees a commission based on the previous weeks COMPLETED tickets that has their name tied to it.

    i cant figure out how to run a report that will give me detailed items in the ticket (cost included) for each employee (their name is set to manager for their tickets), that was COMPLETED during a specific time.
    i can do the report as i need it for tickets opened during a specific time, but cant do it for completed.

    Hope this makes sense?

    Thank you for asking.

    It seems that you need to filter Charges report by Ticket manager and Ticket Closed Date.
    You can generate one of the Charge reports, for example Charges Report by Ticket or Employee Charges Report and define a Secondary (Advanced) Filter for the 'Charges:Ticket' as follows:




    You can set various conditions for the 'Close Date Time' field.
