Good afternoon.

I need to run a report for an account for all tickets opened within a defined range, whether they've had charges applied to them or not. Currently I only seem to be able to run a report to list all tickets with charges or all tickets without charges. Is there a way for me to access both of these database field genres to create a report with both?

Hi S-J, the 'Expanded Ticket Details' report includes tickets and their history (History Notes, Charges, Messages, etc.).
Tickets without Charges logged to them are displayed but can be filtered.
The only down side I can think of with this report (in case it is even relevant in your case) is that it does not include amounts or any other type of calculation that is based on Charges.
