Backups

Is it normal for the CommitCRM backup to take 1-3 hours? It is really putting off when it comes to performing a manual backup.

I would ask how big your backup file is, but using the SQL version, for us it takes like 5 minutes (if that.)

Mmm, no, it should not take that long even in cases that you do not use SQL. Please email us your RangerMSP log files for review, maybe there's something there. Also, how big is your \Db folder?
