Prevent customer from seeing Charges via the Customer Web Portal

Any way to prevent customers that I’ve given web accounts to from seeing "charges" tab?

Answer

Sure, each Customer Web User is assigned with a Privileges Group that sets what they can and cannot see. You can see the Group content and also create new privilege group as explained in the Customer Privileges article.

You should restart the RangerMSP Web Interface service on your server, or IIS (if used instead).
