We use Synco mostly for RMM (event log alerts and powershell scripts). It has its weaknesses, so we use RangerMSP for ticketing and invoicing. Ticket synchronization would a swell feature to have. Syncing clients and charges to it would be nice. Mark charges as billed after the sync as an option. Thank you for the consideration.

Although at this time there is no two-way integration with SyncroMSP, using the Automated Emails feature, that is a part of the Email Connector module, you should be able to automatically convert email alerts into new Tickets in RangerMSP. This is how it successfully works well with many other not-officially-supported RMM systems. Hope this helps. |
