Reports revert back to A4

I set the report paper type in options for LETTER 8.5X11.
But whenever I print a quote... it wants to print in A4.

The paper size setting is managed under Tools > Options > Reports. Please verify that the Letter is selected.
In addition you can try to copy the report, open the copied report in the built-in Report Designer, and under the properties of that customized report verify that you select Letter as one.
Finally, I managed to find one other report about a similar case a few years ago, in their case updating the printer Driver or just using another Driver helped. Worth trying.
