In the main tickets window, be able right click for context menu for quick deletion or ticket status changes as opening the ticket and closing gets tedious when trying to organize multiple tickets.

This may also help. You can use multiple Ticket windows. You can achieve this using the left side pane of the app, when hovering Tickets module select to open a new Tickets window, or - when viewing Ticket details you can open it in another window - from the Tickets main big dropdown menu (top/left) select the 'Open in a new window' menu option.
