Deleting Tickes or Accounts takes a very long time

Since upgrading to the latest version of CommitCRM, deleting most (but not all) tickets or accounts takes a very long time (several minutes) and locks up my computer from doing any other tasks. Please advise. Thanks.

This should not be the case and it should not behave like this. Please email us your log files for review right after you encounter such a delay (and closed RangerMSP app afterwards). Also, please try to figure out what is the difference between each such Ticket, whether it has anything different than other Tickets, etc.
