I want to know that if RangerMSP has the function that can notify me automatically when an asset is going to expire? It is an important function for me because I need to renew license before it expired.

Yes, using Report Scheduler module you can schedule various Asset reports that will be automatically emailed to you once a week (or whatever interval that you select) with a list of Assets that are about to expire.
