I had an error tonight and tons of tickets that were automatically created. How can we delete all these tickets. I cannot do that one by one it would take the week -- * Question received by email and shared here for the benefit of our users. |

Answer
It is possible to batch-delete tickets, it deletes up to 30 tickets at a time. Take a BACKUP before batch delete tickets! Then proceed - The key to success here is to FILTER the tickets list correctly to only include/list the tickets that you want to delete. After filtering the Tickets list (and taking a backup!) - select the menu option Tickets > Tools > Batch Delete Tickets. Hope this helps. |
