Hi,

I would like to know if there is an "Open Date" field embedded within the customer account record. If so, is it updated at the time the account is created? If not, how would I proceed to create the field so I can track it?

Thanks,

Eladio

Hi Eladio,

Yes, when you visit the Account Notes tab you can see the date and time the Account record was created (and by which user) and the date/time/user it was last updated.
The same works for almost any other type of record in RangerMSP.

Hope this helps.

Hi Dina,

Is this field accessable in a report. I'd like to be able to say, see a listing of all customers by date of opening or entry.

No need to reply. I picked out a report. Copied it. Then went searching for the field that I needed. Thank you.
