RangerMSP lets you easily jump right back to a record you have been working with earlier - whether you want to jump to a customer Account record you've recently added, a Ticket you worked on earlier, an Asset you updated, etc.

Simply use the Recent drop down button, see all recently used records and pick the one to jump to.

Here is how it looks for Tickets, it works the same way everywhere else:
