It woudl be nice if we could mark messages, tickets and opportunities as private so that only the person you message and or assign the ticket or opportunity to can see it. I understand that we can restrict people form being able to see anyu other tickets but that's not what we want. we just want to make some items private :-) other than that we are loving the software

Thank you for posting this and for your feedback!

We will take a note on this.

As for internal messages - when sending message linked to Ticket/Opportunity you can unselect the checkbox 'Show in History and Messages tabs' located below the Ticket field. This way the message will be sent to the recipient and linked to the parent record, but it will not be visible to other users looking under Ticket/Opportunity History or Messages.
