How to pre-fill new account info

When a new customer comes in and you add a new account to check them in, is there a way to already have some of the new account fields already filled out? For example, have your state chosen, have mobile and home already filled out beside phone 1 and phone 2.

Yes. You can configure default values to most fields in RangerMSP. For this, log in as a SysAdmin user, then you should visit each of the fields you want to assign default values to, right click them, select 'Field Settings' and in the Window that pops set the default value under the 'Field Behavior' tab.
