RangerMSP User Question*

I have changed Account Manager for one of my client from myself to one of my employees. When a new Ticket is added it is assign to me instead of my employee. How can I resolve this?

It is most likely that under Tools > Options > Tickets (Admin) tab you are selected as the Ticket Manager to use rather than having the system look at the Account manager. In case you change anything there - RESTART 'RangerMSP Server' service on your server. The change will only affect new Tickets added after the new setting is saved.
