Semi Annual ticket templates

How do I add semi annual and quarterly to the recurring options?

The only thing I see is yearly, daily, weekly, and monthly.

In case we follow what you're trying to achieve, you should select the Monthly option, and then 'Every 3 months' or 'Every 6 months'.
