Currently the Account Preview tab shows the ticket audit date instead of the ticket close date. It's confusing when reviewing an accounts jobs.

Example:
Ticket 0500-1788 Close 04/18/2012 10:49 PM JohnS
Scott's system has no video. PC is on, Screen is on but no display.
Resolution: Replaced defective display

The tickets true close date was on 04/16/2012 at 4:35PM.

(Note: Our technicians set a ticket to "Other" after they complete the work, then the account manager reviews the ticket a day or two later, makes a customer service call and marks the ticket closed, updating the closed date to represent the actual date the work was done..)

Anyone else vote to display the actual ticket close date instead of the audit date of closing the ticket?
