I would think this question more directed to Support ... but does any one know how the default format can be changed from HTML to Plain Text.

Even with by deactivating and then clicking the email icon of (Email 1) field still opens a blank HTML email.

We have MS Outlook to always work with (send) plain text emails.

Hi Paul,

Thanks for posting this.
In addition to setting the MS Outlook default to plain text from the MS Outlook > Tools > Options > Editor tab, you'll also need to set each of your RangerMSP email templates to be plain text messages. This can be done by going to RangerMSP > Settings > Email Templates, double clicking each of your templates and selecting plain text from the bottom of the template box.

However, since system generated templates cannot be edited, and are probably set to HTML anyways, then you'll need to copy these templates to new ones, and then mark the new ones as Plain Text.

Please note that if the MS Outlook default is not set to HTML, then the Outlook Mail Editor will always be opened in HTML mode regardless to any template settings set in RangerMSP.

Let us know if this helps.

Regards,
Bracha
