Do it read it correctly where you have to provide clients the passphrase as well?
If so, how is this secure? They could post it on social media and then we'd have to change it, then no customer could access until we give them the new passphrase, then the situation repeats. |

Nope, this is not the case. Customers do not have any way to access passwords via Customer Portal, even if they knew the passphrase (that you should NOT share with them) they still wouldn't be able to access an interface that supports this. Hope this helps. |
