Number of tickets per Employee/Manager

Need assistance with a report that shows

How many tickets were opened on a given day per Employee/Manager

How many tickets were closed on a given per Employee/Manager

For example: On 5/13/2019 so and so opened 15 tickets and closed 8 of them.

I keep getting an inaccurate count. Looking for suggestions.

In order the get this specific information generate two reports with different filtering.

The first report should be filtered by Ticket Open Date to get a number of Tickets opened at this date.

The second report should be filtered by Ticket Close Date to get a number of Tickets closed at this date.

You can use the 'Number of Tickets by Manager' report with the above filters.

Besides, in our next new version new Ticket reports will be included and one of them will be a weekly report that shows the above information in one unified report.
