Hi all,

We are busy integrating and migrating to CommitCRM atm and I wanted to pick your brains with reagards to mailing and physical addresses and how you manage them.

As far as I can see in the accounts field there is room for one address.

The plan at the moment is to use this for the postal address for the account and to add the physical addresses as contacts under the contact pane.

My question : Is this how everyone else manages their accounts addresses OR is this something else people are doing.

Hi,

Thanks for posting this.
The address field seen in the main RangerMSP account is meant as the billing address for the whole account, and as a default address for the secondary contacts created for that account. The contact locations need to be entered under each secondary contact, and if this is not done, then the system will use the address inputted in the main account details.
