Ticket lookup via hotkey

I wrote a small utility via AutoIT that will lookup a ticket # in CommitCRM. You can select the ticket # anywhere (0500-xxxxx) - on a web page, email, excel - it doesn't matter where. Select the ticket, press Ctrl+F10, and it will activate the CommitCRM window and display that ticket info.

If anyone actually wants to use this, I just found out that there are some settings that need to change based on version.
