Refresh token has expired due to inactivity. Token issues on 2020-12-18 and was inactie for 90.

Doesn't it check every day? How was it inactive for 90 days (i assume)?

Is there something I can do to fix this, or do I need to set it all up again every 90 days?

This error means that Microsoft requires you to reauthorize the sync and it is usually required every 3 to 6 months.

The message content is provided by Microsoft and "90 day" does not mean that the sync was not active. It is indeed confusing, however we have no control over the phrasing of their message.

Assuming that this message popped within the application, on clicking "OK" you should be prompted with the sync options window to reconnect your 365 calendar
As an alternative, you can go to Tools > Synchronize 365 > Sync Options *> click 'Select'.

This action will create a new refresh token and will reauthorize the sync with 365.
