For SLA customers we setup a Contract each month, with a specific number of hours.
Is there a report that would show all the SLA ticket hours booked against a Contract.

Yes, you can use the Detailed Account Charges by Contracts or Detailed Account Charges by Contracts and Tickets report formats located under the Charges reporting category.
