Can the Item List from QuickBooks be exported (and synchronized) into RangerMSP and can a technician and a dispatcher include these on the ticket ? And if yes, will this item be automatically billed (and inventory relieved) when the invoice is generated by QuickBooks ? -- * Question received by email and shared here for the benefit of our users. |

Answer
Yes, using QuickBooks Link module items can be synced directly between QuickBooks and RangerMSP (In both directions). You can then select these Items for Charges you add under your Tickets and when such Charges will be sent to QuickBooks, as Invoice Lines, such lines will link to the relevant Item in QuickBooks. In addition, in case the Item is an inventory item in QuickBooks the inventory level in QuickBooks for this Item will get updated automatically.
