I have deleted a few tickets and they continue to show up in reports (like List of Charges), but with no ticket number. How do I clean this up and is there a better way to get rid of tickets that have no reason to exist anymore?

Deleting Tickets do not delete the related Charges but only disconnect them from the Tickets. This works like this by design - Charges may be invoiced and link to your accounting system (such as QuickBooks or Xero), can be Billable, and that is represent work/sales performed that the customer hasn't been invoiced yet, etc. Therefore they are kept and are available either for history reference or for future use (e.g. to get invoiced). To remove this Charges you'll need to manually delete them.

On a side note I'd add that normally there is no reason to delete "real" old tickets, you can keep them under the Completed bucket and you're done (RangerMSP can easily store tons of tickets).

Hope this helps.
