Can we use the Web Interface for clients to check on their ticket status and knowledge base to help them with support?

Yes! Web Interface for Customers lets you create an unlimited number of customer Web users so they then create tickets, view their status, access Knowledge Base articles, see their Assets, billing contract balances, Charges logged under their Tickets, scheduled appointments, and more - all based on the permissions group assigned to their web user.
