Hey guys. I am looking for a report that shows the number of open /closed tickets per employee with last manager updated with date/time updated if possible? Any assistance or reply would be fantastic!

Thank you for posting this.
Please find the attached report that is based on the system report Tickets list by Manager and Status that we customized for you and added 'Last Update Date' and 'Last Updated By' fields as well as Totals per each status.
You can download the report and import it using the option File > Import from File option under the Reports menu.
If needed, you can customize it further by clicking the 'Design' button on the toolbar.
