Hi,

Does CommitCRM support tickets being autoclosed after a period of inactivity? For example if we don't get an update from a client within 72 hours we assume the issue has been resolved.

Thanks,

Tom

Hi Tom,

Thank you for asking this.

In RangerMSP Tickets are not being closed automatically regardless of anything. This is on purpose.

Closing a Ticket is a process that should be specifically initiated by the user. Depending on your settings (Tools > Options > Tickets (Admin) tab) some checks may also be involved during the Ticket Complete process, such as that the system verifies that Charges have been logged for the Ticket, there are open schedules for this ticket, etc.

I hope this helps,
Dina
