Hi nattivillin,
The Web Interface allows you to access all appointments and tasks and update any details you need. You can access them via the account, ticket, or directly from the Appointments or Tasks list. You will not have the graphic interface like in the Dispatcher, however, you do can still move appointments by reassigning them to another employee or another date/time. I hope this help. Doron |

Hey nattivillin,
When dispatching a ticket, this actually creates an Appointment in the calendar and automatically links it to the ticket. The ticket itself has a due date, but the actual work is scheduled via appointments. What you should do is go to the ticket in the Web Interface, scroll down to the "Pending" area, and edit the relevant appointment. I hope this makes more sense now. Sheli |
