Hi,

As noted in your instructions, we have linked our CommitCRM to Quickbooks and switched it to single user mode.

Can we move back to Multiuser i.e. Are we able to have multiple users update information from CommitCRM into Quickbooks at the same time ??

The reason I ask is that we are about to purchase Quickbooks Premier for this very reason as opposed to Pro which is a single user version.

Many thanks.

We use CommitCRM with quickbooks in multi-user mode and it works fine. Knowing quickbooks, I believe this only has something to do with the initial set up.

Hi,

Yes, the single-user mode is required only for the initial setup phase (thanks for the tip danny-pcs). After creating the initial setup and linking RangerMSP with the correct QuickBooks company file, you can go on using QuickBooks as usual (including multi-user mode).
