RangerMSP does not track inventory on its own, however, when QuickBooks Invoices are generated right from within RangerMSP these invoices affect the inventory levels in QuickBooks automatically.
The way it works is that the Items in RangerMSP and the Items in QuickBooks can link to one another. So, when you add a Charge using an Item in RangerMSP that is linked to the parallel Item in QuickBooks, when an invoice is generated the QB Item is use the for Item for the Item Line in QuickBooks, and inventory levels are affected.
