CommitCRM 11 web interface issue

I just upgraded to the 11 beta & the web interface is giving me the following error:
Cannot access CommitCRM Web Interface due to periodic maintenance.
Please try again in a few minutes.

What's the fix?

Thank you for asking. Version 11 is already out of Beta and the latest version is 11.0.0.2.

Please restart the Web interface service on your server (or IIS if used).
It is possible that the root cause is lack of privileges to automatically upgrade.

If you use the Web interface service please visit its Windows properties and change them for the service to run under an Administrator user, save and restart the service.
